This is a small, static tool. There is no account desk and no in-app chat. Email is the right channel for model-data corrections, privacy questions, or a bug in the check.
Include the drone model, location you checked, and what you expected versus what you saw. Do not send live flight logs unless you are comfortable sharing them.
